Everything under one roof - service included
The Domaine du Stang
fractional estate is a real estate development near
Douarnenez, in a prime location in Brittany, a
full equestrian centre
and easy access to the
Atlantic Ocean. We provide the
amenities of a luxury home
combined with the benefits of a first-class hotel,
such as concierge, housekeeping and grocery shopping
services.

To become
part of the Domaine du
Stang reality, you purchase a deeded
share of the residence (either 1/4 to 1/8 of a
designated unit) that
gives you a certain number of weeks (either 13 or 6)
per year at the property and use of all amenities.
By only paying for the time you use, this is a
much more cost-effective way to stay in desirable
Brittany. There's no better value in second-home
ownership. Own 25% (or 13%) of the freehold in this
sought-after coastal property - and enjoy year-round
holidays. We take care of it
when you're not there! |
Financial sense
In the current real estate market, you can no longer
be sure that a second home will appreciate in value,
causing you to view it more as an expense than an
investment. And, since you won’t use your French
second home for more than a few weeks a year, an
obvious question is, why spend €1m for a villa when
for €200,000 you can own a piece of a historic manor?
From a simple money-down perspective, fractional
ownership also makes sense. Say, if you rented a
villa for €500 (£340 or $640) a night, over a period of 20 years
for 3 weeks a year – that’s a lot of money
(€210,000, or £142,000 or $269,000) and nothing to sell at the end of it.
Whereas you can always sell your share of the estate,
and get a good part of your money back.
