management company will employ over 12 staff to look after the
owners' needs—from the residence to the golf course and the
equestrian centre.
Co-owners will be people with a particular interest in
Brittany and who value personal service and
attention to detail. This does not come with stiff
formality - our staff will be friendly, committed and
relaxed in their approach to hospitality. Owners are
meant to be friends and friends are always welcome. |

The residence concierge will see to your every need,
24 hours a day. One of our housekeeper will appear daily to
keep everything in order. And a private chef will be at your
beck and call.

appointed for your comfort, some including amenities such as

We will store your personal possessions -
pictures, small items of furniture, flower vases,
etc - and put them in place for your visit. It is a
very personal touch for your own property. You will
also enjoy access to your own private 4x4 vehicle
during your stay. |

Receive as many guests as you want
As a co-owner, you have full access to the domain's
guest house: six 220 sq.ft suites with luxurious
amenities. You only pay a nominal service charge
each time one of your guests visits.
Each suite can be booked for one night or more, on a
first-come first-serve basis. You can even book the
whole guest house for family reunions or even
business meetings. |
